last week our regular decorator Cezary (recommendation from street prior) has replaced our sash for 80 pounds. Works excellent now.
He has done in and outdoor painting, door repair and other small jobs like window latch replacement and ceiling rose installation for us. Also wires for wisteria- Gesa
Nice guy, but he does disappear for extended periods. So grab him when u can – Amit
