I can highly recommend a local builder – very local, Ramon and his young wife Tania and daughter actually live in RR! He is from Ukraine and had a well-established building company there before the war I understand. He has now established a business here and tells me all his workers, who are mainly from Ukraine, have more than ten years experience in different aspects of building work from scaffolding and roofing down.

The builder we have used to split our loft into 2 rooms and put in some inbuilt shelves. He does small / medium jobs and was recommended by the builder who did our basement but doesn’t do the smaller work.
